Description
Greenzie is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish and English) Robotics Technician to help lead our customer
training and support programs, from unboxing a new mower to training customers and completing
preventative maintenance and repairs. This role will also give extensive support to our Systems
Engineering and Product Manager/Customer Success teams, to help us level up all areas of our
customer service experience.
We’re accepting applications on an on-going basis, with flexible start dates, but ideally we’d have
someone ready to go ASAP.
Requirements
Are you up for the challenge? As a Robotics Technician, you will:
- Participate in product rollouts to customers, from product selection to delivery and training and
preventative maintenance
- Represent our company and customer interactions and hands on sessions, according to
Greenzie’s Core Values
- Interface directly with our customers, as part of their crew, operating our robotics
technology, and testing/implementing directly new features and improvements coming
directly from our customers
- Teach dealerships to be able to train and support customers using Greenzie's Robotic Workers
ABOUT YOU
As a candidate you already have:
- Bachelor’s, Associate’s degree or equivalent military experience
- Demonstrated mechanical skills and knowledge of hardware/software
- Strong communication skills and customer-centric thinking
- Attention to detail and proven task management skills
- Be able to lift a toolbox weighing up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Able to travel within the contiguous US up to 25% of the time
- Desire to free humans from hard, manual labor.
