Health and Welfare
The Medical Plan offers nationwide PPO coverage that includes a Prescription Drug Program. Company paid premiums for employee only coverage and competitive premium cost-sharing for your spouse and/or dependents.
The Dental Plan provides you and your eligible dependents with a nationwide dental provider. Company paid premiums for employee only coverage and competitive premium cost-sharing for your spouse and/or dependents.
The voluntary Vision Plan provides benefits toward vision care services such as eye exams, lenses and frames or contact lenses through a nationwide provider.
Flexible Spending Accounts offer a convenient, pre-tax way to help pay for eligible health, dependent care, and transit expenses. The pre-tax feature saves money by reducing taxable income and allows you to pay for eligible health care (including over-the-counter medications), dependent care expenses, and mass transit expenses to and from work.
Time-Off Programs
