Company History
Baldwin Paving started with tennis court construction with Ernie Baldwin and John Harrison, Sr. as even partners. The company soon moved into larger commercial paving projects fostered by relationships with customers based on trust and a quality focus. Now the company produces 1 million tons of asphalt mix at 6 plants locations in Metro Atlanta, Serving FOB customers, our Heavy Civil Division, and Commercial Paving Division. Baldwin also performs Bridge Construction, High Friction Surfacing and Bridge Deck Overlays.
