Our organization operates as a meritocracy. Most of our positions are entry-level positions. Associates create thier own opportunities by being flexilbe when it comes to accepting shifts and meet our grooming standards. They are rewarded with regular shifts averaging 30 - 40 hrs per week. We have temp to perm programs that allow them to hired by clients.
