The Indianapolis, Indiana office of FBT Gibbons is seeking a Product, Tort & Insurance Litigation Associate.

Qualifications
2–6 years of product liability or tort litigation experience.
Experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions
Skilled in mediations, court appearances, and assisting with pretrial or pre-arbitration preparations
Superior academic credentials and excellent research and writing skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Indiana licensure
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $175,000-$200,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
