We’re seeking National Board Certified Health Coaches (NBC-HWC) to support patient intake and engagement for a fast-growing digital health company focused on gut and metabolic health.

This is a fully remote, part-time contract role with the potential to transition into a full-time opportunity after 90 days.

• Start Date: May 2026
• Location: Remote (U.S.-based candidates only)
• Hours: 20–28 hours/week preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient intake sessions via video or phone to onboard members into virtual care programs
• Schedule patients with clinicians for initial appointments and answer onboarding questions
• Support members with initial goal-setting and chronic condition management

Qualifications

• National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) required
• 1+ years of coaching experience required (excluding private practice)
• Experience in telehealth, digital health, or healthcare startups preferred
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills with patient intake/onboarding experience preferred
• Quiet, secure workspace with reliable high-speed internet (U.S. only)
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Availability

• Candidates should have at least 20 hours/week available, with preference for those able to support 25–28 hours/week between:
• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST
