Lo que hará
Manejar un territorio de 5 condados: Gwinnett, Hall, Whitfield, DeKalb, Cobb
Visitar 50+ negocios por semana, en español, construyendo relaciones reales
Presentar nuestra propuesta de 15 minutos: división de ingresos 42.5/42.5/15 según GACOAM, sin costo inicial, cumplimiento total
Firmar de 8 a 12 ubicaciones nuevas cada mes
Construir redes de referidos a través de cámaras hispanas, iglesias, ligas de fútbol
Representar a Halcyon en eventos comunitarios y funciones de cámaras (sábados ocasionales)
Quién es usted
Bilingüe en español e inglés — leer, escribir, negociar contratos
3+ años en ventas externas, de ruta, o B2B con pequeños negocios
Conoce la cultura de negocios hispana en Georgia por dentro
Auto-motivado, disciplinado, con récord de manejo limpio
Plus: relaciones existentes con dueños hispanos, cámaras, organizaciones comunitarias
Plus: experiencia previa en COAM, vending, ATMs, lotería, o procesamiento de pagos
Compensación y beneficios
Salario base de $55,000 a $70,000 según experiencia
Comisión sin tope: $400–$600 por cada ubicación firmada
Bono trimestral por mantener 8+ ubicaciones/mes
Ingresos esperados $95,000–$120,000 el primer año; los mejores ganan $140,000+

We're looking for a bilingual leader who knows our community from the inside. Someone who knows how to walk into a tienda, sit down with the dueño, drink a coffee, and earn trust before earning a signature.
Halcyon Amusements is one of fewer than 200 companies approved by the Georgia Lottery Corporation as a Class B Master Licensee. We offer Hispanic business owners a real partnership — zero upfront cost, full state compliance, and an extra $1,500–$5,000+ in their pocket every month.
We're now expanding into Georgia's Hispanic community, and we want the right person to lead that expansion.
The role: Own a 5-county territory (Gwinnett, Hall, Whitfield, DeKalb, Cobb). Walk into 50+ businesses per week. Sign 8–12 new locations per month. Build a referral flywheel through Hispanic chambers, churches, and community organizations.
What we offer: Base $55K–$70K + uncapped commission ($400–$600 per signed location) + quarterly bonus. OTE $95K–$120K year one, top performers $140K+. Company car, full benefits after 60 days, PTO from day one.
Who you are: Fluent Spanish and English. 3+ years outside or B2B sales. Deep familiarity with Hispanic business culture in Georgia. Self-starter, clean driving record. Bonus: COAM, vending, ATM, or lottery experience.

Requirements
- Spanish fluency at native or near-native level. Reading, writing, speaking, negotiating contracts.
- English fluency. Conversational at minimum, professional preferred.
- 3+ years of outside, route, or B2B sales experience. Inside sales, retail, or call-center sales does not count. The role is door-to-door field work; no on-ramp time available.
- Valid Georgia driver's license + clean driving record. Required for company car insurance underwriting. No DUIs in the last 7 years, no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
- No felony convictions. Georgia Lottery Corporation rules disqualify anyone with a felony record from working in COAM operations. This is non-waivable.
- Reliable personal transportation for the first 30 days. Company car is provisioned after onboarding, not at offer; they need to get to training and shadow ride-alongs in their own vehicle.
- Willing to work the territory in person. This is not remote, not hybrid. 80%+ of weekly hours are in the field across the 5-county territory.
