Candidates with an interest in Phase I trial development and translational research are encouraged to apply. Disease specialization is flexible and will be aligned with the successful candidate's clinical and research interests with opportunities to maintain and grow a disease-specific practice while participating in a robust early-phase therapeutics program.

Interpret and integrate pharmacokinetic (PK), pharmacodynamic (PD), and correlative/biomarker data into clinical decision-making.
Collaborate with sponsors, CROs, translational scientists, pharmacists, and research coordinators to advance study conduct and portfolio growth.
Contribute to feasibility assessments, site selection, for new early-phase trials and expand access throughout the RWJBarnabas Health network.
Mentor students, housestaff, fellows, and junior faculty, and research staff.
Startup support and research infrastructure will be provided to facilitate clinical trial development and academic growth.
The successful candidate will join the faculty of Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School on the Clinical Scholar track, with approximately 0.6 clinical FTE dedicated to supporting both academic and clinical priorities.
