- Translate stakeholder input and customer requirements into structured initiatives and epics, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
- Own and evolve a multi-quarter roadmap for your product-area, managing dependencies, tracking delivery progress, and adjusting plans based on evolving priorities.
- Act as a central point of communication between Engineering and business-facing teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Define and own key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product health, validate the success of released features, and identify areas for optimization.

- Mentor and guide Product Owners, ensuring product excellence and strong execution practices that reflect the strategic intent and customer value.
- Provide direction, coaching, and feedback to Product Owners to ensure effective backlog management, well-crafted user stories, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of product development practices, tools, and collaboration methods across the Product organization.
- Partner with senior leadership to define and communicate the Careers Platform vision and positioning
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B technology and the talent acquisition industry.
- Proven experience managing or mentoring Product Owners, Business Analysts, or other product team members.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and build high-performing product teams.
- Proven success working in Agile/SCRUM development environments and with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in driving multi-quarter product strategies that deliver customer and business outcomes
- Familiarity with AI principals and application to product development
- Strong business acumen and comfort presenting to executives and external partners
Ideal Candidate Attributes:

- Strategic Thinker: You can zoom out to see the big picture vision while managing the details that drive execution.
- Influential Leader: You align and inspire global, cross-functional teams and stakeholders - strengthening partnerships, and driving momentum across teams and time zones
- Data-Informed: You use data to guide decisions but trust intuition when necessary.
- Process-Oriented: You seek out inefficiencies and proactively improve how work gets done.
- Innovative: You're not afraid to challenge the status quo and push boundaries to create better solutions.
- Accountable: You're always searching for new and better ways to improve yourself, your team, product, and organization.
