Location
Midwest Region (Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Western Pennsylvania) - candidate must live within this territory.

Requirements
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned region.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance customer experience and drive product innovation based on client feedback and market trends.
Act as a product expert, conducting engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase our industry-leading solutions and educate customers on best practices through our unique “Metal Control Audit”.
Qualifications
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of consultative selling in the industrial sector.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, deeply committed to customer education and satisfaction.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and travel up to 50% of the time.
The Ability to speak Spanish and English is not required, but preferred.
Must live within the territory.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
