Description
Position: Production Worker / Installer – Hybrid Position
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour (negotiable on experience)
We are currently seeking motivated and reliable installers to join our team! Our company specializes in manufacturing and installing sports facility products, including netting, padding, and windscreens.
Key Responsibilities:
Install manufactured products at various job sites.
Assist with product fabrication of our customer products and support our warehouse production team.
Maintain job site safety and follow all company policies and procedures.
Position Requirements:
Valid Georgia Driver’s License.
Willing and able to travel out of state as needed.
Pass a background check and drug screening.
Physically fit to handle construction-type work (lifting up to 45 lbs., pulling, standing, bending, etc.).
Comfortable working in outdoor conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
Comfortable working in warehouse conditions (can be affected by outdoor weather conditions & climate).
Understanding and knowledge of measurements and basic math.
Experience with small power tools (e.g., drills, saws, paint guns).
Attention to details such as verifying measurements, color matches, straight cuts, etc.).
Capability to follow instructions and work as a team or individual (as needed).
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or construction.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Must be flexible with hours depending on job site needs.
