Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery is recruiting a Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join our expanding faculty. The successful applicant will join a very busy Pediatric and Adult practice, provide care for complex pathology, and join a quickly growing clinical and research enterprise. The Department collaborates with an extensive array of health care providers across the Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences units. Applicants for this position must be able to perform at a high level both clinically and academically. Salary will be commensurate with ability, training, and experience and demonstrated prior performance. A demonstrated experience in Clinical Outcomes Research in your respective field his highly desired

NJ Paid Transparency
The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $370,000 to $600k.
The final salary offer may be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expertise, and availability of department or grant funds to support the position. We also take into consideration market benchmarks, if and when appropriate, and internal equity to ensure fair compensation relative to the university’s broader compensation structure. Immunization Requirements
Under Policy 100.3.1 Immunization Policy for Covered Individuals, if employment will commence during Flu Season, Rutgers University may require certain prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption. Additional infection control and safety policies may apply.
