RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare delivery system in New Jersey, is seeking a Lung Transplant Pulmonologist to join Newark Beth Israel Medical Center (NBIMC) — home to New Jersey’s only Lung Transplant Program. Newark Beth Israel Medical Center’s Lung Transplant Program is a leader in advanced pulmonary care, offering comprehensive services across all phases of transplantation — from evaluation and listing to perioperative management and long-term follow-up. The team is comprised of highly skilled transplant surgeons, pulmonologists, coordinators, and support staff committed to clinical excellence and cutting-edge research.
Position Overview:
- Join a high-performing multidisciplinary transplant team within a well-established academic medical center
- Participate in all aspects of lung transplant care, including evaluation, perioperative management, and post-transplant follow-up

Compensation and Benefits:
The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $400,000 to $600,000 per year.
The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s educational background, skills, and professional experience.
