- Bilingual Receptionist
Description
We are looking for a versatile Bilingual Receptionist to be the heartbeat of our front office. This isn't just a "sit behind a desk" job—you will be the vital link between our customers, our estimators, and the technicians in the back. If you are someone who enjoys staying active, shifting between office tasks and shop support, and providing top-tier service in both English and Spanish, we want to meet you.
Key Job Tasks
The Voice of the Shop: Answer high-volume phone calls and respond to customer/insurance emails with professionalism and speed.
Communication Bridge: Act as the primary relay for messages between our Body Technicians and Estimators to ensure repairs stay on schedule.
Vehicle Logistics: Check in arriving vehicles, document their condition, and/or move/transport vehicles around the lot as needed.
Parts Support: Assist the production flow by delivering small parts directly to the appropriate technician in the shop.
Client Relations: Greet walk-in customers and provide clear, translated communication for our Spanish-speaking clientele.
Administrative Support: Maintain organized digital and physical files, process payments, and ensure the lobby remains professional.
Note: Hourly wage is based on experience plus bonuses will be given based on performance from time to time.
Requirements
Bilingual Mastery: Must be fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) to assist our diverse customer base.
Valid Driver’s License: Required for moving and transporting customer vehicles safely.
Active Mindset: Ability to transition quickly from office work to walking the shop floor to deliver parts or messages.
Customer Service Heart: A calm, helpful attitude when dealing with customers who may be stressed following an accident.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with email, basic spreadsheets, and a willingness to learn our shop management software.
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent, anything above is a plus!
