Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our North America HR Team in Atlanta, Georgia. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for leading Talent Acquisition functions and supporting hiring efforts and workforce plans for our Logistics divisions and teams located in the southeast, on the west coast, and Puerto Rico. The ideal candidate should be a seasoned recruiter looking to leverage their experience sourcing for the Logistics & Transportation industry for further career growth with a high-energy company with a diverse and open company culture.

Your Day-to-Day :

-Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle to include (not limited to) position management, requisitions, job postings, intake calls with managers on position needs, offer letters and background processing.

-Prepare relevant interview and key criteria selection documentation and ensure candidates are comprehensively pre-screened prior to providing candidate shortlists to Hiring Managers.

-Review and disposition candidates using the applicant tracking system.

-Manage panel interview process through debrief.

-Create an ongoing and proactive candidate pipeline through various methods including direct applicants and sourcing of passive candidates.

-Provide support to hiring managers relating to best practice recruitment processes and procedures.

-Ensure execution of university and organization specific recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent and meet hiring goals (career fairs, information sessions & student organization meetings).

-Partner to build and maintain long-term relationships at target universities with key faculty, professors, and student organizations. Responsible for campus relations/presence and administration.

-Create industry association partnerships to build candidate pipeline.

-Participate in and research diverse candidate selection sources.

-Create, manage, and maintain up-to-date job descriptions for job postings and compliance.

-Assist with state specific employment law related compliance research.

-Maintain up to date organization chart.

-Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

-Bachelor’s Degree required.

-2 to 4 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience is required.

-Previous experience in the logistics or truck brokerage industry is preferred.

-Computer literacy and advanced Microsoft Office knowledge specifically in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as applicant tracking tools.

-Excellent proficiency with sourcing technologies and platforms such as LinkedIn.

-Working knowledge of employment laws as they relate to the recruiting process.

-Ability to travel 15-20%.

-PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.

Language:

-Candidates must be able to speak, read, and write in English fluently. 

-Proficiency in a second language, especially Spanish, is a plus.



Requirements

-Previous experience in the logistics or truck brokerage industry is preferred.

-Computer literacy and advanced Microsoft Office knowledge specifically in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as applicant tracking tools.

-Working knowledge of employment laws as they relate to the recruiting process.
